1. Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Tidebb LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) as an authorized reseller in the AT&T Apex Program. By engaging our services, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
2.1 Telecommunications Solutions
We provide:
  • AT&T wireless plans and services
  • Business communication solutions
  • Device sales and equipment leasing
  • Technical support and account management
  • Emergency communication services
2.2 Authorized Reseller Status
  • We are an independent authorized agent of AT&T
  • All wireless services are provided through AT&T’s network
  • We are not an employee or subsidiary of AT&T
  • AT&T’s terms and conditions also apply to your services
3. Customer Requirements
3.1 Eligibility
  • Must be 18+ years old or authorized business representative
  • Must provide accurate identification and contact information
  • Subject to credit approval for postpaid services
  • Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
  • All charges incurred on your account
  • Protecting your account credentials
  • Notifying us of unauthorized use
  • Maintaining current contact information
4. Service Activation & Setup
4.1 Activation Process
  • Services activate upon credit approval and payment
  • Number porting subject to carrier release
  • Installation/setup scheduled within 2-5 business days
  • Emergency services may require additional setup time
4.2 Equipment & Devices
  • Device availability subject to inventory
  • Equipment must be returned if leased
  • Warranty support provided by manufacturer
  • Lost/damaged equipment charges apply
5. Billing & Payment
5.1 Charges & Fees
  • Monthly service fees as specified in your plan
  • One-time activation and setup charges
  • Equipment costs, taxes, and regulatory fees
  • Early termination fees where applicable
5.2 Payment Terms
  • Bills are due monthly in advance
  • Late fees apply after 30 days
  • Service may be suspended for non-payment
  • Returned payment fees: $35
5.3 Rate Changes
We may change rates with 30 days written notice, except where prohibited by existing contract terms.
6. Service Terms & Usage
6.1 Acceptable Use
Services must be used for lawful purposes only. Prohibited uses include:
  • Illegal activities or fraud
  • Spamming or unsolicited communications
  • Network abuse or excessive usage
  • Violation of third-party rights
6.2 Service Availability
  • Services depend on AT&T network coverage
  • We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Planned maintenance may cause temporary outages
  • Emergency services limitations may apply
7. Contract Duration & Cancellation
7.1 Service Agreements
  • Month-to-month or contract terms available
  • Contract terms specified in your service agreement
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Early termination fees may apply
7.2 Cancellation Process
  • 30 days written notice required
  • Final bill includes all charges through termination
  • Equipment return required within 14 days
  • Number portability available upon request
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
8.1 Limited Warranty
We warrant that services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
8.2 Service Limitations
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
  • Network outages or service interruptions
  • Data loss or security breaches
  • Compatibility with third-party equipment
  • Emergency service failures
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Liability Cap
Our total liability is limited to the amount of monthly service charges paid in the three months preceding the claim.
9.2 Excluded Damages
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy, available at www.tidebbllc.com/privacy-policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Informal Resolution

11.2 Binding Arbitration
Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 Trademarks
  • AT&T marks are owned by AT&T Inc.
  • Tidebb LLC marks are our property
  • No license is granted to use our trademarks
12.2 Service Materials
We retain ownership of all proprietary materials, documentation, and customer service tools.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by [STATE] law without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Modifications
We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice via email or website posting.
13.3 Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue in full effect.
